Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply between:
SP PARTIES LTD
(referred to as "Love Coach")
And any person visiting or purchasing via the website www.love-coach.me
(referred to as the "User").
These conditions define the terms of sale between Love Coach and the User concerning orders, payments, and delivery of products available on the website. They also govern all necessary steps for placing an order and tracking it between the contracting parties.
1 – Terms of Use
Using the site and purchasing products implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be amended at any time. The applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.
To place an order on the website, the User must:

- Not purchase products from www.love-coach.me for resale purposes.
2 – Products and Availability
The products available for sale on the website www.love-coach.me are offered within the limits of available stock. Each product is presented as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur. In such cases, Love Coach will strive to correct them promptly.
3 – Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are borne by the User unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect when the order is confirmed.
Payments are exclusively made online via a secure payment platform (SSL 128 bits).
4 – Delivery and Returns
Love Coach commits to dispatch orders promptly, subject to product availability. Delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
The User is responsible for checking the package's condition upon delivery and reporting any anomalies (missing or damaged products) to the carrier within 48 hours.
5 – Right of Withdrawal
The User has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. Requests must be submitted in writing to Love Coach via email or postal mail.
6 – Privacy Policy
Personal data collected on www.love-coach.me is used solely for processing orders. This information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
Under data protection laws, the User has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data by contacting Love Coach through the contact page.

8 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the registered office of SP PARTIES LTD, namely the Irish courts.
